At Swaddles Baby, we want you and your little one to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a garment isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unwashed and unworn items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the clothing is neatly folded to prevent damage during transit.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund or shipment once the items reach our warehouse.
